which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting
of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’. Mr Senini consents to the inclusion in the report of the matters

The Company advises that this Annual Report contains summaries of Exploration Results and Mineral Resources as defined
in the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’ (JORC
Code). The JORC compliant Public Reports released to the ASX declaring the exploration results or JORC resources referred to
can be viewed on both the ASX and the Company websites, free of charge.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any new information or data that materially affects the information included in the
original market announcement and, in the case of estimates of Mineral Resources that all material assumptions and technical
parameters underpinning the estimate in the relevant market announcement continue to apply and have not materially changed.
The Company confirms that the form and context in which the Competent Person’s findings are presented have not materially
modified from the original market announcement.

BRL retains the non-bauxite mineral rights across almost 8,000km

of tenure throughout the Darling Range, Western Australia.
As highlighted last year the Company has elected to maintain exploration focus on realising value from its bauxite assets, whilst
seeking a partner with which to advance the other commodity exploration.
