Robert Nash provided legal services to Bauxite Resources Limited during the year under an agreement and was paid a retainer fee
of $165,000 (2012: $180,000). Barry Carbon provided environmental compliance and consultancy services to Bauxite Resources
Limited in his capacity as a non-executive chairman during the year to a value of Nil (2012: $9,784) These amounts paid were on
arms length commercial terms and are included as part of the respective compensation.
